How old is old?
How? I really don’t know but I believe that it is not measured up by your age. A 90 year old man can go fishing and ball room dancing whilst a 20 year old guy cannot even do cha cah for 2 minutes. I think aside from one’s perspective on his true age, getting old is accompanied by physical limitation. To be young, keep your mind and body healthy.
Here are some Definition of Old:source

- Worn out; weakened or exhausted by use; past usefulness; as, old shoes; old clothes.
- Aged; antiquated; hence, wanting in the mental vigor or other qualities belonging to youth; used disparagingly as a term of reproach.
- Old-fashioned; wonted; customary; as of old; as, the good old times; hence, colloquially, gay; jolly.
