Scott’s DHA Gummies Review

My kids have been using Scott’s Vitamins C Pastilles for years now. My kids love Mixed Berries flavor pero not that much the orange flavor. A bottle of 50 pastilles is around 200 PhP and since my kids consumes 6 pastilles a day, basically we buy 4 bottles a month. 6 Pastilles because 1 for Sofi, 1 for Chico and 2 pastilles each for our older boys. Pero dapat pala 2 pastilles each kids, so dapat 5 bottles a month. I have high hopes for the Mango flavor but sadly my kids did not like it. Scott’s DHA Gummies Review

Scott’s DHA Gummies Review

Scott’s DHA Gummies Review is based on initial test of the product. For the effectivity of Scott’s DHA Gummies as memory enhancer for the kids, well, we have to wait and see.

Scott's DHA Gummies Review

Scott’s DHA Gummies, aside from DHA, also contains Vitamin D. It contains 30% RENI vitamin D, which essential for healthy growth and development of bones of the kids.

Scott’s DHA Gummies has 2 flavors: Strawberry and Orange. Judging from my kids’ reaction to Scott’s Pastille’s, akala ko magugustuhan nila yung strawberry flavor. They prefer the orange flavor. Kahit ako, I like the orange flavor. Para syang yung orangey na candy. Ano ba tawag dun?

Masarap sya even though it has DHA. Akala ko noong una medyo malansa yung lasa nya because DHA comes from sea creatures.

Scott’s DHA Gummies Price here in the Philippines are as follows:

  • Scott’s DHA Gummies in 3s- P24.00
  • Scott’s DHA Gummies in 15s- P117.50
  • Scotts DHA Gummies in 60’s P433.00 (pictured above)

Malaki ang kinamahal nya sa Scott’s Pastilles no but considering na it’s for the brain development, sulit na din.

Seeing Through Essilor

I have been wearing eyeglasses since I was 8. I have a hate/love relationship with my eye problem. Sometimes I am OK with it but most of the times I do not like it. Who likes a problem anyway? My always concern is swimming, ang hirap mga bes, specially with my eye grade (which is super duper laboooo). I end up swimming with my eyeglasses, wala naman nagsabi na bawal di ba?

But my most favorite part of wearing eyeglasses is buying a new one (minus the bill part hehe). It’s a relief knowing that my eye condition is not worsening. And I got to choose a stylish frame, lalo na if I am buying at Quiapo. Eyeglasses frames there are super duper cheap. The lens are too! But it is only last year that I got to learn about the different lenses.

Dati, dalawa lang ang alam ko, Multicoated and ordinary lense. I usually get the multicoated because it is thinner. Ganyan lang palagi when I go to optical shops. Lagi lang tanong nila, “Ma’am multicoated or ordinary lens.” I wish they told me more about the different lenses provided by Essilor.

Buti na lang medyo attentive ako sa mga events invite. From there, I have learned about Essilor, got curious and now all our family’s using their lenses. NO GOING BACK TO ORDINARY LENSES.

So ayun na nga, ang dami palang lenses ng Essilor. They have lenses specific to the age of users. Different lenses din for protections. You can actually learn more about Essilor brands of lenses at their website. Our favorite kind of lens is the one that has protection from blue light. That’s the light emitted by your gadgets. It’s dangerous because our eyes are not effective in blocking blue eyes.

Ask your optha about blue light protection pag magpapagawa kayo ng eyeglasses. Three of my boys are wearing eyeglasses and all their lenses are with blue light protection from Essilor.

Banish Derma Roller And Masque Review

First time to receive an invitation to review a skin care from the US. Normally, I would say no. I am not a beauty or skin care blogger, I just love taking care of my skin. But Banish Products are hard to say no to. So here I am writing my Banish Derma Roller And Banish Masque Review.

Here are the products that I received:

Banish Derma Roller And Banish Masque Review

Almost a month after it was shipped, I got a notice from my post office. Basically, shipment from US to the Philippines is 3-4 weeks.

The Banish Kit I got includes the following:

  • Banish Kit (Banish Oil + Banisher Roller) $75
  • Vitamin C Beauty Elixir $19
  • Pumpkin Enzyme Masque $49 $35
  • Activated Charcoal Clay Masque $29

Here’s my short Banish Derma Roller And Banish Masque Review I posted on Youtube:

Banish Derma Roller And Banish Masque Review

The video also includes How to use the banish roller and the masques.

I received two masks, Banish Pumpkin Enzyme and Activated Charcoal. I prefer the Pumkin Enzyme Masque because of the smell. For me, it is also easier to use since I do not have to prepare it. I also love the tingling sensation it gives to my skin. And I am planning to order another bottle soon! Whenever I use this masque, I always receive compliments about my skin. I use the Banish Pumpkin Enzyme Masque once a week.

I less like the activated charcoal because it is less convenient to apply. I have to mix it water to form a paste and apply to my skin. I also find it a bit challenging to remove. I see some users preferring it as nose pack rather than a face mask. I still have to try together with the pumpkin masque (I realized my nose needs some serious work!).

The Banish Kit is their best seller because of its effectiveness. It includes a derma roller which “pinch” the skin and in turn stimulates the skin to regenerate and repair itself. Feels like “What does not kill me makes me stronger” but this time “make me prettier” hehe. The oil that comes with it also helps the skin to repair itself.

Another favorite from the Banish products I received is the Banish Vitamin C Beauty Elixir. It works like a mist and I use it 2-3 times a day, depending on how dry my face gets.

You can get your very own set of Banish Kit by ordering at Banish Acne Scars online store.

Read about what other costumers has to say at Banish Facebook Page or watch short videos on how to use the products at Banish Instagram Page.
