Before you start creating a media kit, please take into consideration these 3 things that you should avoid. These are the things that will make your media kit look weak and unprofessional.

1. Avoid putting or mentioning your other blog. This a big NO with media kit. Sure you can mention that you have an online shop or that you also love fashion but never commit the mistake of including or mentioning the link to your other blogs. 2. Avoid putting too much text on your media kit. Limit the description to 2-3 sentences. Doing little exercises regularly can help you release stress. By simply giving your body a few minutes of exercise every day goes a long way. You don’t have to sign up for a gym membership. It will also give you a happy mind which is extremely important for your mental health.

2. Spend some time with yourself.

When running for errands or catching up a nearing deadline, we tend to get lost through the whole process that we forget to schedule quality time for ourselves. One way of taking care of our body is by making sure we spend quality time with ourselves. We do this by not only doing some exercise but also a time off to do things that we love like reading a book for instance. You can also schedule a time to have fun with your friends. 3. Disconnect from constant connectivity.

The Internet has made all things easy and accessible for us. But constant connectivity has made us grab our phones first thing in the morning. The minute we check our phones, we immediately spend time responding messages on social media and before you know it, you will find yourself answering emails thereafter. Try to disconnect from constant connectivity from time to time to save more time doing more meaningful activities throughout the day.

4. Do not succumb to alcohol abuse.

People nowadays tend to resort to alcohol addiction especially when faced with hardships. Alcohol addiction can destroy your body, your life, and your loved ones. Drink moderately and never abuse your body to a certain point that it may not recover again. It is never too late to stop and seek help. The Caolion set I am supposed to use kasooo I finally found a supplier for a brand that I have been dying to try. My skin no longer fits the age bracket of Laneige. I am old. And my skin requires ~~mas mahal~~ mas moisturize na products. Initially, I was eyeing Laneige Perfect Renew line but it was always out of stock at Althea. I decided taking my chance on Sulwahsoo because from what I’ve heard, this is the most appropriate for my age. Pero why not other brands?!? Eh bakit ba, loyal ako sa Amore Pacific, that’s the company behind Etude, Laneige, Sulwahsoo, and a lot more Korean Skin Care and Korean Make Up brands we know.
