Why Stay at Tudor in the Pines: Baguio Airbnb with Pine Trees

This Pinewoods Baguio Airbnb is a private, gated estate composed of five unique accommodations, each designed to let guests enjoy the pine forest views from every corner. Every unit has its own fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, and garden or terrace access — ideal if you love cooking or doing DIY meals like hotpot nights.

Tudor in the Pines Accommodations (Baguio Airbnb with Pine Trees)

Each accommodation has its own character, perfect for different types of travelers. Here’s a quick guide to help you pick which one fits your vibe and group size.

1. The Tudor House

The heart of the property, the Tudor House is a classic-meets-modern home that can host big families or groups. It features a spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, plus access to the Glasshouse Lounge where guests can relax while surrounded by panoramic pine tree views.

Perfect for large families or groups of up to 10, the Tudor House is built for comfort and connection. It has four sleeping areas, each designed with both style and functionality in mind. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a sitting area, and even a bassinet — perfect for families traveling with a baby. Another bedroom also comes with a king-sized bed and large windows that open to a beautiful view of the famous Tudor in the Pines treehouses.

There’s also a room with two single beds, ideal for kids or friends, and an attic that can fit four single beds plus an activity corner — a fun space where kids can hang out or play. All bedrooms, except the attic, are located on the second floor, giving guests privacy and a lovely elevated view of the surrounding pine forest.

On the first floor, you’ll find the kitchen and dining area complete with a huge dining table perfect for family meals or late-night kwentuhan. The whole setup feels like a warm Baguio home, where everyone naturally gathers around the table while the cold breeze flows in.

2. The Forest Terrace Baguio

If you want that perfect mix of wood, glass, and greenery, the Forest Terrace Baguio is exactly what you’re looking for. This unit has floor-to-ceiling glass walls that open up to pine and garden views, creating a peaceful and open ambiance from the moment you step inside.

There are three bedrooms in the Forest Terrace, each with a king-sized bed that can be converted into two single beds upon request — perfect for groups who want flexibility. The spacious living and kitchen areas are bright, airy, and thoughtfully laid out, making it a space that feels both elegant and homey.

This unit is incredibly inviting — the kind of place where, once you’re settled in, you’ll catch yourself saying, “Parang ayaw ko na lumabas ng bahay.” With its modern comforts and tranquil vibe, the Forest Terrace makes staying in feel just as exciting as exploring Baguio itself.

3. The Garden Terrace

Bright, airy, and surrounded by flowers and trees, the Garden Terrace offers a refreshing space for those who love morning coffee or sunset views from a private deck. This unit comes with a kitchen and living area that blend seamlessly with the outdoors, creating a relaxing and inspiring space for any guest.

This is actually my favorite unit among all the accommodations offered at Tudor in the Pines. I love the idea of a smaller kitchen with a mini counter that connects to the dining area — it feels intimate and cozy. Each bedroom opens to a glass-enclosed private deck, which has its own sitting area where you can unwind, enjoy a cup of coffee, or simply watch the mist roll in.

It’s the perfect tambayan for small families, or even a backdrop for a mini family photoshoot. If you love open spaces, plants, and quiet mornings, this unit will steal your heart.

4. The Twin Glass Treehouse

One of the most iconic stays at Tudor in the Pines is the Pine Tree Treehouse experience. The Twin Glass Treehouses are connected by a wooden hanging bridge and stand around 30 feet above the ground, offering guests a unique treetop view of Baguio’s pine forest.

This unit is a mix of modern luxury and forest adventure — glass walls that let in natural light during the day and a cozy, romantic atmosphere at night. It’s perfect for couples on a honeymoon or partners who want a private and intimate space.

Here, you can enjoy quiet mornings above the trees or romantic evenings surrounded by the cool mountain air. If you’re a couple looking for a peaceful retreat with uninterrupted moments together, the Twin Glass Treehouse delivers that dreamy Baguio experience.

5. The Royal Cottage

The Royal Cottage is the perfect blend of rustic comfort and understated elegance. This charming cottage-style unit feels like home — warm, cozy, and ideal for a quiet getaway. It features a spacious kitchen and living room, two large bedrooms with king-sized beds, and a window-side sitting area that’s perfect for reading or relaxing while looking out at the garden.

One of the highlights of this unit is the bathtub, perfect for a warm soak after a cold Baguio day. With its relaxing setup and lush garden surroundings, this is the best choice for anyone who loves peace, quiet, and reflection. Kung mahilig ka mag-muni-muni bago matulog, this one’s for you.

DOLE Working Child Permit Application

And this is my experience for DOLE Working Child Permit Application, hopefully makatulong sa mga mommies or daddies na first time gagawin ito.

DOLE Working Child Permit Application
DOLE Working Child Permit Application

Step 1: Prepare the DOLE Working Child Permit Requirements

The agency I’m working with for this campaign is very helpful. Sila talaga ang nag provide ng mga kailangan ko and helped me sa bwat step by step ng application. Always checking on me and making sure na walang hassle on my part. Kaya shout out guys!! I super duper love working with your TEAM!!!

  • 2 passport-size pictures ng bata
  • PSA Birth Certificate ng bata
  • Government issue ID ng parent
  • Medical certificate (must be within 1 month ng application)
  • School certificate (proof na enrolled ang bata)
  • Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the company – dapat naka-state doon ang salary at notarized
  • Filled-out application form for the Working Child Permit – notarized din
  • Bank certificate – required only kung renewal na, hindi na kailangan for first-time applicants

Pro tip: prepare extra copies just in case may kulang o nagkaproblema sa printing.

Based on my experience applying for DOLE Working Child Permit sa DOLE PAPAMAMARISAN office, may photocopy na sila doon, so kahit hindi original docs ang dala mo at wala ka extra copy, they will make one for you at no cost.

Step 2: Submission at the DOLE Office

Para sa mga taga Pasig, Pateros, Mandaluyong, Marikina, at San Juan, ang DOLE PAPAMAMARISAN office ay nasa Floro Printing Building, Meralco Avenue corner EDSA, malapit sa Estancia Mall. PAPAMAMARISAN is Pasig, Pateros, Mandaluyong, Marikina, San Juan.

Pagdating sa office, ipapasa mo lang ang application with complete DOLE Working Child Permit requirements. Mabilis lang ang process kung kumpleto ka.

Step 3: Zoom Orientation

The next day after submission, may Zoom orientation si DOLE para i-discuss ang rules sa child employment at reminders sa mga parents. Maganda rin kasi very informative at malinaw ang explanation nila.

Step 4: Payment and Releasing of Permit

After ng zoom orientation, wait for confirmation kung ready na ang Working Child Permit ID ng anak mo. You need to go back sa DOLE PAPAMAMARISAN office to pick up and pay 100 Pesos.

Timeline and Expenses

  • Monday: Submitted application form and other documents

  • Tuesday: Zoom orientation

  • Wednesday: Permit released

Documents Processing Time:

  • Medical certificate – same day

  • School certificate – 1 day

  • Bank certificate – 2 days

Expenses:

  • Notary (2 docs): ₱300

  • Picture: ₱399

  • Card: ₱100

  • Bank certificate: ₱100

  • School docs: ₱100

    Total: ₱999

Final Thoughts

Sa totoo lang, akala ko hassle ang pagkuha ng DOLE Working Child Permit, pero naging smooth ang process dahil kompleto ako sa requirements (again salamat sa agency for this) at maayos ang system ng DOLE.  Very accommodating din si Sir Abbu from DOLE. Sulit naman ang pagod.

Kaya sa mga parents na may anak na may modeling, commercials, or film projects — siguraduhin nyo munang kumuha ng DOLE Working Child Permit. Simple lang ang process basta kumpleto ang documents.
