Duofilm Salicylic Acid For Warts Review

I am telling you Duofilm Salicylic Acid For Warts is really effective. I can’t remember when I had my warts inside my palm. All I can remember is how it feels from the start. It feels like there’s a small wound and it’s a bit painful. I thought it was nothing and a few weeks after, it grows bigger. The pain is not always there but it really is uncomfortable and embarrassing. Imagine a big warts inside my hands when I have to shake hands with people. The horror!

The video above is my journey with warts and the treatment I used to treat it. I used Duofilm Salicylic Acid to treat my warts.

Duofilm Salicylic Acid For Warts

Where to buy Duofilm Salicylic Acid? I bought mine from Southstar Drug. This is usually out of stock in Mercury Drugstore. Can you buy Duofilm Salicylic Acid without prescription? I think yes but before buying one, please make sure to consult with a derma first. According to our derma there are different kinds of warts and each one are treated differently. There are cases that the patients needs not just one but multiple kinds of treatment like taking antibiotics.

Applying Duofilm is painful? No it is not. No pain at all. You appl in the evening and the next morning you will be amazed how it look.

Is one bottle of Duofilm enough to treat warts? I got two warts and my kid too, so basically we are treating 3 warts and we only used one bottle.

Will the warts come back after? So far, more than a year after I treated my warts, there is no sign that it is returning. I hope not!

How long does it take before the warts disappear? In my case, it took 3 months because I did not used it on a daily basis.

Monstera deliciosa Price Philippines

They dubbed this plant as plant of the celebrity. It’s one of the few indoor plants that has a shocking tag price on it. Monstera deliciosa Price Philippines, why is it expensive? There are so many reasons why Monstera deliciosa is very expensive in the Philippines. One of this is because so many people are looking for it or wants to have one. Another reason is, it’s not easy to grow, specially if you are looking for the matured ones or the big ones. There is also no nursery here of this plant so most available Monstera deliciosa are harvested from the mountains or imported.

Monstera deliciosa Price Philippines

There are many factors considered when we talk about Monstera deliciosa Price Philippines. Here are some of the things that are factored in when pricing a Monstera:

Monstera deliciosa size.

There are baby Monstera which are basically seedlings. This is usually 4-6 inches in height with 3 small leaves with no holes. The price of M. deliciosa seedlings ranges from 500 Pesos to 900 Pesos. These are plants from Monstera deliciosa seeds.

Monstera deliciosa Price Philippines

There are medium Monstera deliciosa. Often, these are the borsigiana Monstera. It is also a Monstera deliciosa but a different form. The leaves are usually smaller and has less holes. There is also a difference how the stem are formed. The usual size o theleaves of Monstera deliciosa f borsigiana is 12 inches. The price of this type of M. deliciosa is usually 2000 Pesos and up, depending on the number of leaves and type of pot where it is potted.

Extra large Monstera deliciosa is the most expensive when it comes to size. The leaves of this one has a beautiful holes formation and if you count the veins after the stalk, usually each side is 10-12 big veins. The size of the extra large Monstera deliciosa is 24 inches and up. The price of extra large ranges from 3000 Pesos and up. The price varies by the number of leaves and the root system. Cheaper ones are those that are freshly cut from the mother plant and roots are not yet established.

Monstera deliciosa variation

Another factor that can make this plant really expensive is the variation. The most expensive variation are those with constellation. It’s like there are stars on each leaf of the plant that it is called Monstera deliciosa Thai constellation. This kind of monstera are usually sold at 5,000 Pesos and up.

Monstera deliciosa fenestration.

Monstera deliciosa is also called “philo leaves with holes” because of the holes on each leaves, but please note that this is not part of the Philodendron group.

Those holes are formed naturally and the process is called fenestration. A Monstera deliciosa with more fenestration are more gorgeous and sometimes more expensive.

The best place to look for Monstera deliciosa is through FB groups of plants enthusiast. I got my 2 Monstera deliciosa from these FB groups:

Other Monstera Plants and plants similar plants

If you think Monstera deliciosa is really expensive, you can opt for its sister plant which is quite popular too.

This is a Monstera adansonii or swiss cheese plant. It’s not as big as Monstera deliciosa and also not as expensive. It also has holes on its leaves, although not as much. The price of Monstera adansonii ranges from 300 and up, depending on how big the plant is. I got mine from Halamanan sa Pasig for 350 pesos only (pot not included).

Other plants that are similar but are not part of the Monstera group is Epipremnum pinnatum or commonly known as Tibatib. Rhaphidophora tetrasperma also closely resembles a Monstera deliciosa. Philodendron bipinnatifidum or seollum is also a nice indoor plant but not as expensive.

Monstera deliciosa care and Monstera adansonii care

Monstera are tropical plants. This type of plants usually grow inside the forest, climbing a big tree. They do not like water that much as their stems are already full of water. They also do not like direct sunlight as the leaves will burn. Watering is once a week to 10 days, depending if the top soil is already dry, 2 inches deep. The best way to water this is to put water on the sides of the pot and not on the part where the plant is planted. As much as possible avoid watering the stems are. You can spray the leaves 2x a week with a solution to keep it shiny and free from infection. The solution I use is 1 L of water to 3-5 drops of dishwashing liquid, to 3-5 drops of oregano essential oil or thieves essential oil or 1 spoon of neem oil.

Quarantine Ka Lang, Sanay Akong Nasa Bahay

“Quarantine ka lang, stay at home mom ako, sanay ako lagi sa bahay.”

That was my initial thought during the quarantine. I can do it, I am trained to do this. I have been doing it all my life. Stay home? Sisiw yan sa akin! And so the first few days during the quarantine seemed ok. Akala ko lang pala yun. As the days goes by, it dawned to me how challenging it can be. First, all my kids are at home 24/7. Bilang isang ina, alam nyo yan na ang pahinga natin madalas ay mga pagkakataon na nasa labas ng bahay ang mga anak natin. It was a never ending list of household chores to finish. Literal na walang katapusan. I am a mom of 5 kids and I know ginusto ko naman ito, pero tao lang nagagagod din.

“Kapag sinabi ng nanay na pagod siya, hindi ibig sabihin ayaw na niyang alagaan ang pamilya niya.”

I can relate to all other moms out there who for a moment or so feels like they need to take a break but is guilty of doing so. Guilty that their family might think that she no longer wants to take care of them. Guilty that her husband might think that she is no longer happy with her happy. So many to be guilty about that we just brushed off our tiredness. But we really need to take a rest, to take a break and wanting one does not mean that we love our family less.

Grocery time is what we usually consider our break time. A time away from our kids, a time to recharge, tapos nawala yun because of the quarantine. Yung akala mo madali na quarantine because you’re stay at home mom, turns out to be harder than it is. That’s how I felt 2 or 3 weeks after. I feel like a prison. I feel like I need to breathe.

“You cannot pour from an empty cup.”

The moment I felt like I was a prison, that’s when I started to overwork myself more. Yung dati walang katapusan na pagluluto, sasamahan mo pa ng walang katapusang na paglalaba at paglilinis ng bahay. Kung pwede lang 2-3 chores gawin ko ng sabay sabay, gagawin ko. I feel like it’s the theraphy that I need. Maglinis, be productive. At first it seems effective, I forgot the feeling of being held against my will. But then I noticed how it affected my relationship with my kids. ANG SUNGIT KO NA PALA!

Yes, the house is clean, there is always food pero wala ng lambing. I don’t feel the need to go out but I am not happy, specially my kids, I can see that they are not happy. I realized I am giving too much that it left me empty.

I started seeing what I am lacking, and that is to understand that I cannot do everything and I need all the help I can get. From having to do all by myself to teaching my kids to clean the house, vacuum the carpet, water the plants, leads me to have more time to appreciate not just my rest time but our bonding time as well. Mas marami kaming time sa isat isa when we do things together.

“Kindness is Everything”

During the time that I was feeling lost, I realized that even the happiest people can really feel down. Doon ko na realize how important it is to show kindness to everyone. Na sa likod ng mga ngiti ng bawat isa, sa likod ng tawa at halakhak, sa likod ng magandang profile photo, there is maybe a sad mom, or a person suffering from this quarantine and the pandemic. You really do not know kung ano ang pinag dadaanan ng isang tao so always be kind.

“Hindi lahat ng tumutulong ay mayaman, yung iba mahirap din, dahil ramdam nila ang kapwa mahirap. Ang tawag doon ay malasakit.”

And when you see people who they really are, what they really are, you started to realize that there is something you can do to make their lives better. Dahil sa pandemic, natutunan ko that I can always do something to help people and through my page and my blog I was able to do that through my Live series and projects that help other people. Through my youtube, I was able to help give information and at the same nakatulong na i promote ang small businesses.

And though people may think na malaki ang tulong ng mga vlogs ko to promote mga small business, mas malaki ang tulong sa akin.  Kase through that, naramdaman ko na oo stay at home mom ako pero nakakatulong ako. Kahit nahihirapan ako, I can help people through my online platform. That’s the best realization sa akin ngayong quarantine, we can always do something.
