Breeze ActivBleach 1Laba Day

As I mentioned, I joined Breeze ActivBleach 1Laba Day in Quezon City! The event was held at MRB Complex Covered Court Pilot Drive Brgy.Commonwealth.

Breeze ActivBleach is treating mommies across the country to a day off from their laundry chores with the simultaneous nationwide event 1Laba Day happening on August 28.

And Breeze did it!Moms brought their dirty laundry at the venue, Breeze together with their partner washing machine brands ( Electrolux, LG, Whirlpool, and White Westinghouse) took care of their clothes.

Mara Banson, Breeze brand manager, said, Through 1 Laba Day, we want to reach out to moms across the country thank them for being heroes who always put the needs of their families first. For sure, they can always rely on Breeze as their dependable partner in taking care of their loved ones.”

Breeze Celebrity SigeMoms Christine Bersola-Babao, Gladys Reyes and Dimples Romana were present during the event.

Gladys took the 1Laba challenge and showed to us how Breeze 4 enzyme technology works:

Sabi nga ni Gladys, with Breeze on her side, she is more comfortable to let her kids be kids: “We always have fun, learn and make memories together. Sometimes the messier the activity, the more fun it is!”

The Secret To Happiness Is Gratefulness

I noticed, there is so much inis/ annoyed status on my FB wall (once every week!). For someone who does not always post personal issues, that is too much already.

Hormones! I stopped taking pills so my hormones are going back to where it was 4 years ago. It’s kinda hard to fight this roller coaster emotion but I found the best solution to balance it.

GRATEFUL FRIDAY!

I used to publish a month-ender post (thankful post) and reading those entries makes me happy! I love reading my blog. I am my number 1 fan! hahaha

Why not make it a weekly habit! As I always say:

Every Friday, I will list the things that I am thankful of..

–Let’s start with the image above. That’s my own art work!! Artsy Craftsy eh? The text, I used textgram but the image, I made that! I used watercolor pencils. I am so kilig doing this artwork. Hubby was staring eh, plus the fact that watercolor pencil was his first gift to me (not the one I am using though but still…)

–Our dreams, finally, parked on our front (next year on our garage!). It is better, waaay waaay better than I imagined. When I say I am genuinely happy with the outcome, it’s an understatement. I am ecstatic!! Our mini van!!! Which feels like a real van. We got a mini van with second row captain seat, so the designated passengers on the 3rd row won’t have a hard time getting to their seat.

–Beauty products. Skin Care. I finally understood what emulsion, serum and the likes are all about. I am now trying the 10-Step Korean Skincare Routine.. and my skin is grateful!

–And lastly, I am thankful that the blogging mojo is back! Right on time as I need to finish some pending post event write ups.

Just writing this post made me feel guilty for complaining a lot.. I should do this gratefulness thingy every day!

Ay, I forgot! The exams are in!! And I am thankful that Chico is finally getting the hang of schooling.

Most improved award! I am so proud of him. Kuya and Diko’s exams are all good, compared to their first quarter exams last school year, their scores are waay better. I am trying a new approach in teaching, I’ll blog about after the experimental stage.

Sati, our little princess, our first time schooler, on the other hand, is surprisingly, excellent!

Surprisingly, because it is her first time, so we’re not expecting. She’s expecting though.. she’s not happy with her scores (she cried like a heart broken teenager!). She thought all her test papers are perfect. Well, she do have a point, for her, since she answered all the questions, she have no mistakes. When we assessed her paper and pointed out her mistakes, she realized that indeed, her answers were wrong. Still, she needs to eat ice cream.

So I am really thankful that she handled the disappointment very well.

Rediscover Reese’s: Throwback Festival Event

So, the husband will be out of the country again, for the nth time this year. I lost count of his trips this year..dumalas eh.. kaso who am I to complain? eh that’s part of his job. The only consolation for us, Duty Free shopping! CHOCOLATES!!! Reese’s specifically. I call that, blockbuster chocolate. Eh kase naman, magdala ka dito ng isang box, after 2 minutes, kagit ung box, ubos na.. Reese’s lang ang bagay na napapagkasunduan (at madalas pag- awayan) ng mga anak ko at mga kapatid ko hahaha.

I don’t know why, all these years, I thought I can only buy Reese’s at Duty Free…well not until I got an invite from Reese’s event and got to see a shelf full of Reese’s in our fave grocery.. Ignorante much? Eto pa ang isa.. akala ko it was pronounced as Reese as in Ris.. hindi pala.. eto pala ay Reese’s as in Rees-IS.

So many things to discover about our favorite chocolate. Actually, that’s the theme of their event: REDISCOVER REESE’S (Throwback Festival):

Festival? Indeed it is! The event was open to public.. yup, like your typical fiesta.. and of course it comes with games!!!

Taste that perfectly balanced sweet and salty flavor of Reese’s peanut butter cups at the Reese’s Shoot that Cup booth, where the challenge is to shoot Reese’s wrappings into the right cups.

Other exciting games, which I never had the chance to try.. SAYAAAAANG!!!!!
