Holding on to a balloon for some time can be cumbersome for kids or even to parents accompanying them. Balloons have recently become more fashionable as they are being worn as clothes and hats. This was born out of the need for a cap that is very easy to store. And since this was used mostly by workers, the materials used here are all available in the house. The hat can be bulky but actually it is not. Storing it is as simple as rolling it and putting it in your pocket. And as you will notice, the hat can be worn as umbrella too.
To wear a balloon hat is not difficult. You can wear it with jeans or dress. If your balloon hat is made out of silk, then by all means it can be a nice accessory for a nice dress.
