3 Tried And Tested Ways To Help Your Child Gain Weight

This has been my dilemma for years now. I have tried everything I thought I should do. We tried a few formula/ milk, we even tried a lot of different kinds of vitamins and appetizers but to no avail. It was only last year that I finally learned what is the 3 Tried And Tested Ways To Help Your Child Gain Weight

3 Tried And Tested Ways To Help Your Child Gain Weight

1. Help your child gain weight by giving them proper diet. Diet is not just for those who wants to lose weight. Diet is also for those who want to gain weight. What is the proper diet for a child who needs to gain weight? With my 3rd son, his usual meal was vegetables, meat, hard boiled egg, and 1 cup of rice. He still drinks a cup of milk every night but not the formula kind. He only drinks fresh milk.

My son’s diet includes 2 eggs a day (yolk number 2 not included), 1 glass of milk, 3 cups

What happens if you open a fresh milk and it was already spoiled? Check this video on things you need to do:

2. Help your child gain weight by ensuring he eats every 3-4 hours. Do not wait until the schedule meal time but don’t feed them earlier. The correct spacing of meal time will give his stomach enough time to consume his earlier meal and enough time to signal his body to eat another full meal.

3. Help your child gain weight by letting him sleep for 8 hours a day. It’s basic rule but it really is effective. Even if you give your kids enough food, if their body does not have enough time to rest, recuperate and regenerate cells, the diet will not be effective.

I know at first implementing a strict diet rule is hard, it takes time to get used to it. As I have mentioned in our video, we fought a lot when it comes to his diet but after a few weeks, being hungry becomes natural to him.

In less than a year, from 23 kgs, he is now 25 kg and it’s a big achievement to us.

How Technology Can Help You to Save Money

Using technology to save money is actually more about you using your tech-smarts alongside the actual, you know, tech! There’s no point downloading this, that and the other app if you never actually use them. You don’t have to buy all the latest gadgets, either – all you really need is a laptop or PC and a smartphone.

About those apps…
To save money with apps, you need to make sure you’re downloading the right ones and that you’re using them as often as possible. Cashback apps like Quidco, a couple of comparison apps, an app to monitor your spending and a voucher finder are pretty much essential, If you’re a frequent traveller, then something like Skyscanner is vital as well. Find out more about money-saving apps here.

Do as much as you can online
Ordering groceries, shoes, flowers, furniture; booking flights, asking for advice, banking… You name it, it’s almost always quicker and cheaper to do it online.
Online banking in particular is great because you can check your balances in seconds, which makes late payments and failed direct debits far less likely. Many utility providers will also offer incentives – albeit small – for you to go paperless, so why not?

Ditch your landline
It may be time for you to ask your internet provider how they can make your bills cheaper and if you do still have an old-fashioned landline, then you need to – ahem – ring the changes (sorry, not sorry). Some providers offer the option of broadband without a landline, or you may be able to keep your old fixed phone but for a nominal fee.

Make your thermostat smarter
This actually involves spending money to start with, but it’s guaranteed to pay off in the end. Smart thermostats are at the vanguard of domestic eco-technology as they constantly monitor the temperature of your house and fine-tune the temperature so your heating system uses as little fuel as possible. Some of the more premium models even know whether your home is occupied so they can turn the heating down or off. On average, smart thermostats save householders 10% a year on heating bills.

Change your mobile network
You may have been with your usual mobile network provider for a couple of decades by now, but the chances are that you’re paying too much each month. It’s true that you get a new phone every 18 months or two years, but if you’re trying to save some money, do you really need that upgrade as frequently as that? Part of your monthly bill is the cost of the phone itself, so by jettisoning your network, you could reduce your mobile bill by half or even three quarters.

In some ways, you’re not actually dumping your faithful old provider because the so-called virtual networks like GiffGaff lease their services from the bigger providers. Once your current contract ends, you can go SIM-only and save loads. Of course, you need to save a little bit up for a new handset, but you really don’t need to buy the latest iPhone every two years – you’ve been brainwashed into this mindset! Technology should be your friend, not a financial drain!

Gummi King Echinacea Review

This is one of the greatest discovery I had this year. Hindi ko din alam kung bakit pero ang sakit lately, sobrang dami. Medyo trending talaga ang mga sakit gaya ng ubo at sipon. And as a mom, I really want to make sure that my kids are all protected and has a strong immune system to fight these virus. And I feel like taking supplements is now necessary dahil nga usong uso ang sakit.

In fact, as shared by my two teenagers, ang daming may sakit sa school nila. But my boys are well protected, thanks to Gummi King Echinacea.

I had the chance to sample a few bottles of Gummi King Echinacea a few weeks ago and my kids has been taking the gummies since then. May baon din akme during our North Luzon travel. We stayed in Baguio for 3 days and I know the cold weather in Baguio might be risky for their health. I came well prepared by bringing some heat tech clothes and 3 bottles of Gummi King (one bottle Echinacea, one bottle Vit C, and one bottle multivatimins)

Gummi King Echinacea is a gummy food supplement with Echinacea. Now, what is Echinacea? Hindi ko din alam noong una. And like you, ang tagal ko din pinag isipan why it can help boost the immune system. Kaya ba talaga? In our case, it did eh. That made me more curious what Echinacea is all about. It’s a plant na malapit na pinsan ng mga daisies. Studies shows that Echinacea extracts has effect on the immune system and helps increase the production of white blood cells that fights the infection.

Gummi King Echinacea is best given when the child has fever/ colds or basta kapag hindi maganda ang pakiramdam ng bata. For regular days, we use Gummi King Multivatims.

Since it is a gummi, we havent tried giving it to Marius who will turn 3 this February. Gummies kase sya so kailangan magaling na mag chew ang baby. You can try cutting it into small pieces for kids 2 years and up.

Gummi King gummies are vegan, no gelatin, and sugar free. .Gummi King Echinacea, Gummi King Vitamin C, and Multivitamins is exclusively available sa Watson’s stores nationwide and Watson’s online.
