PSA Birth Certificate In Pasig

One of the major major requirement to apply for a passport is PSA Birth Certificate and for married women, also, PSA marriage contract. First and foremost, magkaiba ba ang NSO at PSA? Is PSA and NSO same? PSA replaced NSO in issuing all civil registry documents (i.e. birth certificate/ROB, marriage certificate/ROM, death certificate/ROD, CENOMAR). This took effect years ago already so if you’re still holding on to your NSO certified birth certificate, it is time to move and get a PSA Birth Certificate.

How to get a PSA Birth Certificate?

  1. You can go to PSA main in Sta Mesa
  2. You can also look for PSA Serbilis center
  3. Order Online

How much is PSA Birth Certificate?

  1. PSA Birth Certificate from main office is 155 Pesos per copy
  2. PSA Birth Certificate from Serbilis Center Pasig is 155 + 80 = P235 per copy
  3. PSA Birth Certificate online is 365 Pesos

I was actually thinking of ordering it online since I really can’t go to any PSA center. And then I found out that we have a PSA serbilis center here in Pasig. Waaaah! Swerte! Please watch my vlog during the time that I got my kids PSA Birth Certificate in Pasig:

And also getting 6 pcs birth certificate plus marriage contract in 2 copies each will cost me a fortune. If I order PSA birth certificate online, my fee would be 5000 Pesos plus! Perks of having a lot of kids haha

If I go to PSA Main, that would only be 2000 Pesos plus but I need time and effort to do that. The PSA serbilis center in Pasig is the best option. Got all the certificates for 3000 Pesos plus.

Here are the cities with PSA SERBILIS CENTER:

  • Sta Mesa Manila
  • Muntinlupa City
  • Caloocan City
  • Pasay City
  • Makati City
  • Pasig City

For the exact location of PSA serbilis center, please PSA website and also for list of PSA centers outside Metro Manila.

5 Simple Things To Make You Feel Better

Being a stay at home for almost 15 years exposed me through a lot of problems, dilemma, and stress. Of course it’s all worth it but there are just time that you don’t really feel well. There are times when sadness kicks in and all you can think of is how you lost yourself for being a stay at home mom for so long. It happens to and I know it happens to you as well, so let me share with you my Feel Better Hacks, tried and tested!

5 Simple Things To Make You Feel Better

1. Pray. This is by far the most powerful make me feel better hack. No matter what your religion is, give yourself at least 5 minutes to talk to whom you believe is the most merciful being. Pray for mercy, ask for forgiveness, give thanks, and pray for strength.

I am born Catholic, reciting the Rosary really makes me feel better in a snap.

2. Take a bath. Take a longer than usual and warm bath. It helps if you have a hot shower. The sound of running water is very therapeutic and warm water is good for the circulation too. Deep condition your hair and use skin scrub. Cleaning your hair and body sometimes feels like stripping your self all the stress you feel. It really helps in keeping the mind calm and stress free.

3. Drink coffee or a cold drink. Drinking something more than just plain water keeps you refreshed. A really really cold water with a hint of mint can make you feel better in a snap. I buy my peppermint oil from Young Living.

4. Draw, Write, or Doodle. You don’t need a good bullpen to do this, grab the ballpen or pencil near you and start writing or doodling. I find drawing circles over and over again very therapeutic. And if you really really love writing, why don’t you start a blog? It really helps to get your thoughts out. It feels like you are talking to someone and not just yourself or your toddler. No idea how to start a blog? Here’s a very detailed guide: How To Start A Blog

5. Talk to someone. If there is no someone that you can talk to, talk to me on my FB page 🙂 I reply most of the times, specially if it is a mom needing help.

But if all else fails, diffuse an oil and sleep. A starter kit from Young Living already includes a diffuser and o10 kinds of oils. Let me know if you need help in buying, just send me a message on my Facebook Page: Mommy Blogger Pehpot

Blogger With Eyesight Problem

Of course I don’t want to be known as the Blogger with eyesight problem but that’s what I really am. It just dawned to me how poor my eyesight is upon realizing that more than half of my kids (3 out of 5) are wearing eyeglasses. I am hoping my only girl would not suffer the same fate.

Blogger With Eyesight Problem

My eyesight problem is something that is embedded in my genes. I wished for a skinny pair of genes but what I got is squinty pair of eye genes 😛 But my eyesight problem was discovered late and it was already worst for my age. If I remember correctly, I was 8 and my eye grade was 300+ already.

And all along back then, I thought my eyesight was normal. It was only through the observation of my teacher that we discovered that I have a poor eyesight. Tsk Tsk

My eyesight problem did not progressed as worst as I imagined when I was younger but it did get worse. Now, aside from myopia (now reads -5.0), I am also suffering from astigmatism.

The best lens for a Blogger With Eyesight Problem

Prescription eyeglasses can be very expensive with my eye grade. Buti na lang, eyeglasses frames are very cheap in Quiapo. When it comes the best lens for a Blogger With Eyesight Problem, late ko lang na realized that I need a specific lens and not just the ordinary ones that can be bought in Quiapo Optical Shops.

Right now, I am using Essilor Crizal Prevencia, not that cheap, but hello, my eyes are not cheap din naman. Sana tama ang tanda ko but for my eye grade, the rate is 10K for the lens.

Why do I need a lens that expensive? Eh kase nga mahal ko ang mata ko. And I need that sa aking blogging career. Hello paano ako susulat without my eyes no.

Essilor Crizal Prevencia lens is the perfect lens for me because I am always exposed to computer and mobile phone. These kinds of gadgets emit blue light which can do great damage to our eyes. Ayan kase kaka computer. Eh hindi naman maiiwasan kung blogger ka di ba. Crizal Prevencia has blue light filter and UV rays and aims to protect the eyes from harmful light everyday. Scratch proof pa! Ask your optical shop about Crizal Prevencia ha

How about LASIK? considering pero if ever I would still use a lens with blue light filter para protected pa din ang eyes ko. But  first, I will apply muna for a PWD kase pwede daw pag mataas ang grado ng salamin mo. Babalitaan ko kayo!

All my kids are also wearing Essilor Crizal Prevencia lens for protection.

As for the usual questions, “Nakakakita ka ba pag wala kang salamin?” Ewan ko sa inyo! Pero mahirap mag make up! haha
