5 Tips for cleaning your house in Melbourne

House cleaning can be fun but can also be hectic when you have a lot of other things to do. There are ways you can make it less engaging and easier even with a busy schedule. Here are the five best tips to help you do so;

Do the simple tasks daily
One of the most effective ways to keep your house clean is to carry out the simple tasks every day. Do your dishes after every meal instead of piling them in the sink. Also, wipe your kitchen counters after a meal and take out trash often to avoid lingering smells in your house. Make your bed when you wake up and always keep your dirty clothes in the laundry baskets to avoid piling them all over your bedroom. Develop a habit of keeping things back where they belong after you use them. Doing these small things will help in keeping order in the house and will make it easy for you to clean it.

Establish your private and public spaces
Making some spaces private and leaving others public can help to step up your cleaning techniques. Your guests are likely to use some areas like the patio, dining area, living room, and the bathroom. Always ensure that these places are kept in order and clean. Other rooms like bedrooms or the study can be kept private and can be cleaned over the weekend or when you get the time to clean them.

Hire a professional
House cleaning can sometimes be hectic especially with your attention divided between your job and your kids. It can be hard to use the little evening time after work to cook, clean the house, and spend time with your kids. With the different cleaning professionals in Melbourne, it is vital to look out for the best one. Do your research well to hire an established house cleaning Melbourne company which will help your efforts to maintain a clean house. They have professional maids who will leave your house spotless, giving you time to engage in other activities.

Create time to clean with family
You can get a little help from your family to clean. Set your timer and assign different duties to your kids and spouse. You will be surprised by how different your house will look like even after 10 minutes of cleaning. Making this a daily routine will ensure that the house is always tidy and will make cleaning a little easier. Make it interesting and invent a game out of it or give the kids weekly allowances to keep them motivated with their assigned duties.

Keep the dirt outside
A good way to keep your house clean is to invest in good doormats. Placing two doormats, one in the inside and the other outside, will go a long way to help maintain a clean house. Also, coming up with a no-shoe policy is a good way to minimize the number of times you have to sweep the floor. Invest in a good shoe mat or rack and place it near the front door and always encourage your house guests to leave their shoes there.

Price of Bonsai In The Philippines

I have always been curious with the art of Bonsai. I have so much respect for people doing this. It takes a lot of time, effort, and patience to create a beautiful bonsai. And with that much effort, I am also curious with the price of Bonsai in the Philippines. I am not planning to buy one yet, but we will never know! I am posting this as a reference for me in the near future and for those asking for price of Bonsai in the Philippines. I took this video when we visited the Orchids Show in QC Circle last September 2, 2018.

You can Bonsai in Quezon City Circle and the price ranges from 150 Pesos to 75,000 Pesos. Of course the bonsai depends with each price. Calachuchi is one of the most popular bonsai plant I have seen. Boxwood seems to be the most expensive bonsai in Quezon City Circle.

This is the most expensive Bonsai I have seen in QC Circle. The Price of Bonsai In The Philippines of this kind of bonsai is 75,000 Pesos. The younger or smaller version of this is only 8000 Pesos.

This is the smaller version and this is 8000 Pesos. It’s very tempting to buy this one but I am very afraid in taking care of bonsai. I am not so sure if I can take care of this very well. 8000 Pesos is a big amount for a small plant.

FYI from Bonsai Empire: The most expensive Bonsai tree: A centuries old Pine, sold for 1.3 million dollar at the International Bonsai Convention in Takamatsu, Japan.

Phalaenopsis Orchids In Quezon City Circle

My mom is super duper in love with plants specially orchids, so when she learned about the Orchids Show in Quezon City Circle, we just have to go! I also want to know if Phalaenopsis Orchids In Quezon City Circle is really cheaper than anywhere else.

Phalaenopsis Orchids In Quezon City Circle

I bought my first Phalaenopsis Orchids in Cubao and it was 750 Pesos. I got it last February 2017 and the flowers lasted for 3 months. Sadly, no flowers again since then.

Phalaenopsis Orchids is also known as Moth orchids. When I was younger, my mother used to call this as butterfly orchids. It has become one of the most potted orchids because it is easy to propagate and in most cases, flowering is easy too. It’s a very popular indoor plan specially because the flowers can last for months. And not to mention, the flowers are really beautiful.

It’s a dream for me to won a few Phalaenopsis Orchids and when I asked how much the price in Megamall flowershops, I was discouraged. Price range of Phalaenopsis Orchids in malls are 1000 pesos and up!

I am glad we found a cheaper in Cubao Farmers but was amazed at how cheaper it can get in Quezon City Circle. Phalaenopsis Orchids In Quezon City Circle price is only 650 Pesos per pot with flowers. During our visit in Tabang, they don’t sell moth orchids.

Phalaenopsis Orchids comes in different colors but my most favorite is the white Phalaenopsis. I am also hoping to own the smaller variety or dwarf Phalaenopsis Orchids.
