If I have to tell you this again and again, I would. READING IS THE KEY TO LEARNING. It is the key to learning new things. It is the key to having an intelligent child. It is the key to being one of the top students. It is even the key to gaining new friends. I am very passionate in encouraging parents to teach their kids to learn how to read and to love reading. And I am so happy that the school where my kids are currently enrolled have a book fair! And from one of our favorite publisher nonetheless! Scholastic Book Fair 2016- Sacred Heart Pasig will on run until December 2 only so I made my morning free last Tuesday to check out the fair.

The wishlist section makes it easier din for parents like me to prepare our budget! I have 4 kids, so just imagine! The books available at the fair are also on the wishlist brochure and the price is also included. And may freebies pa! Aside from the freebies, may buy 2 take 1 for 1 Pesos promo din. You know what’s the best thing about Book Fair? PEER PRESSURE hahaha when kids are pressured to buy books bec their friend are buying too! And I think this is the best kind of peer pressure. Kaya moms and dads, if any chance there is a book fair in your kids’ school, by all means, give them money to buy their own book!

I can’t remember when her Barbie obsession started but as long as I can remember, it’s the one toy/ brand that she loves to the moon and back. It was a super fun party for Sofi. It’s like a dream come true (kulang na lang Barbie house haha). She got the best gift ever from her Ninang Niko, Tita Fedhz and Tita Sam. Siguro that’s the best thing I can say about having a Barbie Party at Barbie Store Philippines, the celebrant can choose what gift she can have! And the guests doesn’t even have to stress themselves what to give for the celebrant, Barbie Store have everything they can give to the celebrant! They got Barbie Dolls, Barbie shoes, Barbie Clothes, Barbie watch as in everything Barbie.

Siguro suggestion for Barbie Store Philippines, maganda they could get the celebrant (or the parents) to create a gift registry para the guests could just choose what they can give. Gaya nga nung ginawa ng mga ninang ni Sofi, they pooled their money to give her the Barbie gift she got. And yeah, there’s a Barbie gift din from the store which she really liked. Also, for her theme, which is Barbie Princess Party, the crowns given to her guests are for keeps. I appreciate small stuff like that.

For the food of the mommies, I just ordered something from Yellow Cab. The staff at Barbie Store Philippines even volunteered to order for us since they know the numbers of most restaurants inside the mall. I believe you can even request that in advance (just pay in advance syempre) and the food will be delivered.
