Price of Painless Circumcision Philippines

My first born just had his circumcision yesterday. And since I posted his picture in my IG, people has been asking me for the Painless Circumcision Price. Wala din kameng idea actually, we just called a few hospitals and learned about the difference in the prices.

UPDATE! UPDATE! Last year, for my 2nd born’s tuli, we learned that SAA Medical Clinic actually charges 8500 for circumcision. The 2500 price range is promo only during summer months (March-April I assume). Sa tabi ng SAA is TriCity Hospital and dun na lang siya nagpatuli since the tuli there all year round is only 3500 Pesos.

First hospital we called: Cardinal Santos where tuli is 3500 Pesos. I assume it is painless and laser cut.

Second one is a clinic in C Raymundo Pasig, SAA Medical Clinic. Circumcision is bloodless daw and painless.  Painless tuli is one of our major concerns, kawawa naman ang bagets kung mala pukpok na tuli ang mararanasan nya hehe

We called in the morning and we had a schedule after lunch. We were at the clinic past 1 and we’re out in less than an hour. The circumcision procedure took less than 30 minutes.

This photo was taken after the procedure. And he’s smiling!

So yes, SAA Medical Clinic* painless circumcision procedure is really painless, except for the time when local anesthesia is injected (that according to my son). It is also blood-less since the procedure was done using laser (cut was German cut).

Painless Circumcision Price

Painless Circumcision Price/laser circumcision cost for SAA Medical Clinic is 2500 Pesos. Give them a call for schedule: (02)576-3354

For post circumcision care, you need to buy a few stuff:

  • Antibiotics
  • Pain reliever
  • ointment
  • Sterile Water
  • Gauze and tape
  • Betadine
  • Cotton and cotton buds

For the post care, gumastos ako ng 1500 Pesos… so in total, we spent 4000 Pesos for his circumcision.

Post Circumcision Care

  1. The patient needs to take a bath daily, clean the wound after taking a bath.
  2. The wound should be wrapped after cleaning for 5 days.
  3. Continue cleaning after 5 days until the wound looks dry.
  4. Nangangamatis is usually a normal occurrence. Don’t panic.

He just cleaned his wound earlier with the help of his daddy.. and so far everything looks good. I’ll update you pag gumaling na.

*SAA Medical Clinic is located at 757 C Raymundo Ave, Maybunga (near PureGold and TriCity Medical Center)

TULI UPDATES:

  • April 13- 5 days after his circumcision:

Totoo pala na hindi dapat babae ang naglilinis ng bagong tuli.. hindi dahil mangangamatis ang bagong tuli. Female have no idea on the physiology of the penis. Hindi gaya kapag kapwa lalaki ang naglilinis, alam nila kung saan masakit or kung paano hahawakan ang penis na hindi nasasaktan ang bata.

Also.. the hardest part (and the most difficult to watch/ hear) eh ang pagtatangal ng gasa. It would be better kung may katulong na maglilinis on this part. Ang isa dahan- dahang aalisin ang gasa while the other one pours sterile water on it.

Spice Up Your Artsy Life With Your Kids

You know how much I love spending time with my kids. One of our favorite activities is doing arts and crafts. Our friends from Pepper Manila suggested stamping and provided us with some stamping ideas and stamping tools:

Stamping is the process of making designs on paper (or another medium) by pressing an inked, raised surface on it. We use it all the time when marking documents (“RECEIVED”) or as an easy way to get our signature on something. But stamps are decorative, too. Grade school teachers have stars and “Very Good” stamps on hand all the time to encourage students.

These rollers make stamping statements on your letters and postcards even easier. PhP 100.

Stamping is something that you and your kids are overly familiar with. So why not turn it into a fun activity that is both entertaining and educational? It is an easy yet ultimately fun activity for families who wish to spend their time together without spending much.

Stamping ideas
Get a sheet of kraft paper and have the kids stamp repeating patterns. You won’t only be making personalized wrapping paper, you’ll also be teaching them order and repetition (or at least proper spacing).Or using individual letter stamps, have them spell out their names and make their own name stamps. Use it to mark their books and other school stuff.

You can also do a creative stamp challenge. Place all your stamps in a box and have the kids draw five pieces each. The challenge is to come up with a creative design based on a chosen topic (robots, Disney characters) using only those stamps.

Cost-effective hobby
Stamping yields different end-products that you and your kids will surely love. So bring out your notebooks, fabric wallets, wooden magnets, and start stamping designs on them to personalize your favorite stuff.
Stamping doesn’t only give you a unique opportunity to bond with your kids but also provides an avenue to nurture their artistry and unleash their creativity. They will be challenged to think of ways to add color and design to usual stuff, making them learn to blend colors, mix and match shapes and appreciate even the smallest details.

These 1.5 inch heart stamps with floral patterns add a decorative touch to any note or scrapbook page. PhP 90 for a set of 4.

This hobby need not be expensive. Sure you need to buy stamps and ink and paper supplies, but (1) you’ll be making stuff that you can actually use (if you do it right) and (2) they’re really not that expensive. Craft shops and online stores like peppermanila.com offer inexpensive hobby supplies that won’t cost you your kids’ tuition. Fifteen pesos gets you a pattern stamp that you could use to turn a simple fabric to a nice placemat. Or you can splurge and get a few hundred pesos worth of letter and roller stamps.

It’ll take all your willpower not to buy them all. But keep in mind: this is for the kids.

Downy Baby Gentle Review

My household is a Procter & Gamble house. Most of the products we use are from P&G… Ariel, Downy, Joy, Safeguard to name a few. Kaya naman, when EverydayMe announced their free sample of Downy Baby Gentle, grab agad!

EverydayMe gave out 3 sachets per account and an address can have 2 accounts. Buti na lang naka sign up din ang mga kapatid ko. I’m expecting 24 sachets coming from 8 accounts (4 addresses). Ang dumating pa lang sa akin 1 dozen pa lang..pero after using it, keberloo na kung dumating pa sya or hindi na, basta bibili na ako sa supermarket ng Downy Baby Gentle

Downy Baby Gentle

What I like most about Downy Baby Gentle is the smell. Ang bango bango nya but not too much… alam mo yung tamang amoy, yung klase ng amoy na alam mong hindi mapapahamak ang baby mo. Of course it also adds that it comes from P&G who have over 80 years of experience in developing baby products (hello Pampers). I’m assured that the new Downy Baby Gentle has been dermatologically tested and proven safe for use on baby clothes.

Downy Baby Gentle

I used one sachet of Downy Baby Gentle for about 30 baby clothes.. Tantyahan lang yan ha.. and I love the faint smell it leaves on Marius clothes talaga. Minsan pag si Yaya ang naglalaba, medyo nasosobrahan ang lagay ng Downy but the smell is still not that strong.
