Growing Young

I told you I am turning 28 in a little while but look how playful I can be. A shot from our trip to the playroom, er, the kids reward.

There was a new playroom in the area and we wanted to try it out but a bit pricey, $3 for 3 hours. It’s not pricey if you only have one kid but if you have three plus a cousin, that’s is pricey. So we have to think of a reason to let them loose on that room. Good thing that we got their cards last week and their grades are more than enough reason to let them loose (oh I love that term haha). And it seems that not only the kids got wild on this playroom. I almost break my leg for trying all the climbers on that room. I wouldn’t be telling you about our adventure if I did, instead I would be drafting my disability appeal. Please don’t my mind my stretch marks and my big tummy. Just look at my face, that’s a genuine smile. It has been ages since I last swim on this kind of swimming pool.

Weekend Getaway

I feel so ngarag/haggard. Weekends were back to normal. Saturday, we went to JOHNSON’S® Baby Bedtime Discoveries: Bedtime A to Zzz’s. Sunday and we went to Sati’s pedia for her injection and after that went to Farmer’s market for our food. I wish I had my camera with me (just like our trip there last week). It was so fun (for me) to take pics of meat, fish and the likes. I also like capturing the “action” inside a busy wet market. But since, I already brought it last week (and kinda made a scene) I don’t want people to recognize me LOL

After farmers, had to cook our lunch (sea foods galore) and then rest for a while then off to the supermarket. It’s market day today! Yay! And also to give their kid their rewards for having higher than expected grades (Mico’s lowest is 89 while Kayil’s lowest is 93). I do want to give them a better reward, like an Orlando vacations. For sure they would love that, they love vacations.LOL And I badly need one too.

Only now that I had the chance to blog and blab. Waaah I missed blogging so much! I had so much to talk about… wait for my schedule posts tomorrow. I have a gazillion of entries (just kidding). Tomorrow will be another busy day. I am turning 28! and my son wants to throw a party for me. The problem is, no one wants to attend (or they want to but they can’t).

Nail Biting Part 2

Don’t tell my kids but sometimes, er, most of the times, I nail bite too. The reason why I bite my nails is boredom or lack of anything to do. Another reason is nervousness. I remember when my mom told me to attend an insurance marketing seminar, I was so nervous then. I was biting my nail the whole time. Good thing that I was seated at the back and the facilitator did not noticed my nail biting activity. LOL They say that nail biting is still rampant in oldies. So have you tried snacking on your nails?

Just like now, in between posting an article, thinking about the contest (and ways to keep our sanity) and getting excited over our date, I am eating up my nails. And thought I tried not to, sometimes it just happens.
