LP: Meryenda

It has been a while since I last posted an entry on Litratong Pinoy. Now That I am sorta back on track and thinking of giving in to Kikamz Tuesday Meme, LP should be back on track too.

This week’s theme for Litratong Pinoy is Meryenda. This one I got is a meryenda from our first she bloggers meet up. That’s sweetened banana on top of brownies and caramel bar (not sure though). It was from the dessert buffet actually. I made it look like this to make it more appetizing.. LOL.. Turns out that sweetened banana and brownies compliments each other.

Ang tema ngayong Linggo sa Litratong Pinoy ay Meryenda. Ito ay kuha noon unang beses na nagkita kita ang mga babaeng bloggers. Ito po ay minatamis na saging sa ibabaw ng brownies at tinapay na hindi ko tanda ang pangalan. Sa totoo lang, ang mga iyan ay nanggaling sa dessert buffet. Inayos ko lang para mas kagana ganag kainin. At sa aking pagkakagulat, masarap pala ang saging at brownies ng magkahalo!

You Are Inspirational- A Site A Day

This week’s theme is a bit harder. The theme is to feature a site that you visits everyday. The only site I visit regularly and religiously and without a miss is Home Buddies. You may wanna know why? because the owner and I chat regularly. And during our chat we would often ask each other to visit our site (ahehe). Since I already featured that site twice, I thought of featuring the “other site” I log on to everyday.

Adgitize is a traffic/earning site. You can earn at least 10 dollar a month by doing the things you love, blog hopping. You can also gain traffic by advertising at their site. As you can see on my sidebar, there are some buttons with a word adgitize. If you are a member of the adgitize community, all you need to do is click (and you will be directed to another site) a hundred of those and you earn 100 points. If you are an advertiser, you easily earn 100 points a day. Posting at least an article a day, earns you another 100 points. Points are then computed based on the overall points of all users and converted to cash. I have heard a lot about this site and according to them, the amount you put in to advertise is less than the amount you will gain while adgitizing (clicking, posting and all).

That’s the reason why I visit the site everyday, because you need to be logged in so that your adgitize click will be counted. Tracking your click is easy. On each buttons, it will appear how many adgitize you already had. When it says adgitize 100, it means you already got 100 points.

I just advertised from them last week (Thursday) and I can see the big difference it made on my traffic. From an alexa ranking of 22M, I am now on the top 3M. So what are you waiting for guys? Click on the image and advertise and watch your traffic soar!!!!

Mommy Moments- Part of the Family

This week’s theme for Mommy Moments is part of the family.. Click on the badge for more pics. I may not be around later because I will be meeting Niko..then off to a very special event.. please pray for me 🙂

Anyway.. here are some snaps of my kids with their cousins and their aunts..

This one with my youngest sister, they call her Mamu.. yeah, yeah, Mamu is abuela or lola in Spanish, but my older sister insisted the kids have a unique name for each of them.. The picture below is with my oldest sis, whom they call Bear. When Kayil was born, he can’t stop smiling when my sis is around, hence she got the name bear. She is like a teddy bear tot he kids that always made them smile. My sister who comes next to me (I am the second oldest) is Boo or Mama Boo. She got the name Boo because her college classmates call her Boosaw.. and we don’t know why. Another thing, she wear eyeglasses like me, malaboo mata nya, hence the name BOO. Our youngest brother, the kids fondly call him, Totey, simply because that is how Kayil calls him when he was younger (bulol na Tito Noel). Now the problem comes when they got their kids.. what will they call ME? And since my nephew is my god child, and so I became Mommy Ninang (godmother)

And lastly, this one with my helper.. she has been with us for 2 months now and I have no complain against her. I think I find the best helper in the world. The kids love her and she has a very happy disposition in life. She never fails to smile, almost every minute.. and never complains about life and the trials she has been. She is a like an older version of me and I hope she would last a long time with us. She is the only helper (based on the recent helpers I had) that I trust with my kids. I can leave my kids with her without worrying. And yes, I consider her part of the family..
