My Office

You all know I am stay at home mom. On the side, I am also a work at home. I never considered myself as a WAHM or work at home before. But when I am already earning 5 figures (read: 10k or more), I think it is safe to say that I am also a WAHM. My office is my computer table. It is not a computer table actually, but an office desk from my hubby’s old office. It’s a big desk so I can put all my office supplies there. Office Supplies are something that I never run out of (even though I am not really working in an office). I love collecting Post It notes and pens and notebooks.

My Post It notes, I have 4 different colors in small size. But since the kids are always messing my my table, it was down to 3 and almost all lose its posting ability. I guess to prevent my kids from messing my reminders, I need to buy a cork board too.

Notebooks, I have 2 big, 3 medium and more than 5 small ones. The big notebooks is for my blogs where I write down article and topic ideas. The medium ones are on the go notebook. I bring it with me most of the time. And the other notebook are for short lists.

Pens, I also have more than 5 but since hubby usually took my things without telling me, I lost all my pens now. Reminds me that I need to shop for office supplies this weekend.

Mommy Moments- To Mommy

Letters To Me.. er.. from my last post about mother’s day, I just said that I never really like Mother’s Day. To me, it serves as a justification for ‘sacrificing’ for our family’s sake. This is my opinion. The capitalist romanticized this event so well that every florist in the globe is busy preparing for mother’s day.

But maybe, that will changed when my kids start giving letters and picked flowers to me.

As for now.. I have nothing to share but this.

But my Chico never fails to give flowers to me every time he got the chance.. and the boys never fails to say how lucky they are to have me.. if it’s what mother’s day is all about, then everyday is Mother’s Day to me.

We Love Gadgets!

Electronics and gadgets are everywhere and we have been lured to have more. Actually I have been dying and saving up to have more gadget. I want a camcorder but still don’t have enough money to buy one. And you know what, my house helper is so into gadgets too. When she first came here, she buy her own mp3. If we had know about aigo mp5 back then, I would have told her to buy that brand. I heard that Aigo is a leading manufacturer for electronics and gadgets. hey also offer digital cameras and if ever my helper would want a digital camera, I will recommend her to buy aigo digital cameras. You can buy 10 MP digital camera for $200. And they have cameras in fashionable colors! And it’s very tempting to have one for myself too.

Other Aigo products are aigo glide mouse. I am not familiar with this product but when I looked it in Aigo site, I was amazed by it. It was the thinnest mouse I have seen and the health benefits (in terms of physical exhaustion, reduce fatigue) are really telling me to buy one now. With that mouse I can bring it along everywhere. You know even if I use laptop most of the time, I still can’t live without a mouse.
