Sometimes paranioa hit me. Sometimes I thought of installing a vidéosurveillance or video surveillance here at our home. I want to have it on my own not because I don’t trust my helper, but sometimes, I want to know what they do behind my back. It reminds me of an incident where a helper stole the Vélo électrique (electronic bike) of the employer. The helpre even stole their fûts and other containers. Scary eh? but no my helpers will never do that to me. I think I finally found the best helper I can have.

We all have our dream house. We all want a place to call our own. A place where our family will grow and where we would get old. We all wish we can start home building as soon as we start having a family. But not all of us can get that dream or not all of us can get it any sooner. Last year, we were planning to make that dream a reality but it did not happen. We are still renting. Good thing that while we were planning last year, I have learned some things when it comes to building your dream house.

First thing you should consider is your budget or your capacity to build the home you want. Next to budget is the location of the house. Another thing is the construction of the house. Actually, during the height of the flood, we realized that we should have a three storey house. We should also be careful on emergency exits and the likes. I wish we had experienced going to housing loans seminars so I can share more with you. Maybe this year is another year to dream for our house. Maybe or more likely, hopefully.
