I had the weirdest dream last night. We were living in a house made of wood, and the furniture are all woods, and of course the Door Furniture is made out of wood. The house we were living (in my dreams) were a bit elevated, so there’s a ladder in the front entrance. Then before the wooden door is a screen door made out of wood and blue screen (yes that is how detailed my dreams are). So before we got to sleep, I checked on the door and saw men going up to the stairs. It turns out that these men were robbers! From that scene it shifted to a scene where we are to fight the robbers. Fight as in good versus evil kind of type, complete with black and white effects. And then we won the battle. How strange dreams can get.

But you know me, I am part time worrier, so before I went upstairs, I checked our Door Knobs if it’s already locked, no make that double. You really can’t be too sure. Surely, I will spend the night wide awake. I can’t sleep thinking about my dreams. Actually, there are times that I don’t want to sleep because I am afraid of the things that I might dream.There were times that I woke up crying. I hate dreaming.

How imaginative my first born can be. He wants to watch Ironman2 and so he made up his own tickets! LOL

This Friday, I told hubby we should watch it. And now that the kids are showing interest on it, we might bring them along. The only problem is that they tend to sleep in the movie house. The first time they went inside the cinema was to watch Transformers, revenge of the fallen, and fell asleep somewhere between the dessert scene. They did not even saw Optimus Prime on his wings. Or maybe, Revenge of the Fallen was really boring or the kids are just too tired. So now, if I am going to bring them to watch Ironman2, I have to make sure that they are not sleepy.

So who wants it?

How To Prevent Stretchmarks

Giving birth can be the happiest moment for any woman. It gives them a fulfilled feeling of being able to give life to another human being. I know that since I already gave birth to 4 kids. But along with the baby comes one the thing that all woman dislike, stretchmarks. Although not all woman who got pregnant develops stretchmarks but a good 75% to 90% pregnant woman does. Your chance of not having a stretchmarks is as little as 10%. Now before we discuss skin products that can help reduce stretchmarks, let us first take a closer look on how stretchmarks develops.

Stretchmarks are produces by overstretching of the skin. Pregnant woman are the only people who are prone to stretchmarks. Those who gains weight are also at risk to having stretchmarks. This is what happens when our skin elasticity reach its limit. Our skin is made up of layers. The epidermis which is the outermost layer of the skin. It makes our body waterproof and serves as the outer protection of our body. This skin layer has no blood vessels. Next to epidermis is the dermis. This layer is consist of connective tissues and serves as cushion of the body to strain and stress. This layer is connected tightly to epidermis. This is the layer that causes stretchmarks. When the skin stretched too much, the dermis losses it elasticity.Thus, the stretchmarks is produced. As you will notice, the stretchmarks appear to be a hallow indention in our skin. And it is true that you can never get rid of it, what you can do is to prevent it by increasing the elasticity of the dermis.

Hypodermis is another skin layer although, is not actually part of the skin. This is below the dermis and it connects the skin to bone and to muscles.
