Award And Tag From My Kumare!

Mareng Seiko of Seiko’s Diary gave me this award. This is long overdue and now finally!. Thank you so much Mare for passing this one on me. Muah!

To accept this award do the following:

1. Thank the person who nominate you for this award.

2. Copy the logo and place it on your blog

3. Link to the person who nominated you for this award.

4. Name 7 things about yourself that people might find interesting.

5. Nominate 7 Kreativ Bloggers

6. Post links to the 7 blogs you nominate.

7. Leave a comment on each of the blogs letting them know they have been nominated.

Her are the 7 things that you might wanna know about me:

  1. I have a blogging notebook. This is where I write about my thoughts and topics that I might write. This is also where I write your comments if I still don’t have time to visit you back. It’s the OCD in me, I know.
  2. I am a fast reader, I can read an entry in seconds and compose a comment. It’s another weird and interesting part of me.
  3. I have no patience on slow connection. I don’t have patience for anything slow.
  4. I have been salivating over Crumpy, but I must practice self control.
  5. I am happy, and you all know that by now, and I still want to say, for my upcoming Sati!
  6. I am contemplating on having a baby shower party for my Sati this September at ur house. What do you think? Will you brave the Ortigas Avenue extension traffic just to see me and have a taste of culinary talent (naks!)
  7. I am selfish, that’s why i won’t nominate 7 bloggers. LOL
If you think you are up for it, go grab this one too!

10TH PICTURE IN A FOLDER TAG

Another tag from my Mareng Seiko, this is the 10th photo on my 10th folder on my files. That’s my Chico, some hours after his entrance to the world (and exit to mommy’s tummy). See? He really is a natural pouter.LOL

LP: Hapunan

This week’s theme for LP is Dinner. We had this dinner last August 15, after our NIDO FORTIFIED EXPERIENCE at Mall of Asia. We had dinner in Dampa (or is it?) along Macapagal Boulevard. It was a nice treat. I had fun taking pics and this one is our dinner table. We’re too hungry that time.LOL

Ang tema ngayong LInggo sa itratong Pinoy ay Hapunan. Ito ang aming hapunan pagkatapos ng aming
NIDO FORTIFIED EXPERIENCE sa Mall of Asia.

Don’t Be Fair To Your Kids

Don’t be fair to your kids. That is one thing that my mother taught us. Do not treat your kids in a way that you treat them all in the same manner. Kids are very unique from each other. They each need special care and attention. I never believed in the idea of treating the kids fair. In fact when you treat you kids fairly, you are actually being unfair to them. Picture this out, will you treat your five year old clingy daughter the same you would to your 3 year old independent son? Of course not, right?

Kids have different needs. Just like my three boys. When I had my second son, I ignore him most of the time. I tend to give more time to my first born. He is very clingy while my second son is very independent. And no, it never affects their relationship. I am very proud to say that the boys really love each other.

So, how can you treat your kids fair without being unfair? We live to this principle: To each according to his needs and from each according to his capacity. Easy to comprehend guys. You should never expect something from your kids when you know they cannot do it. Give them what they need and what you think is fair to both party. If the other one needs love more than the other, then gladly give it to him.

Life is not fair after all.
